Set Up SFTP Integration

Clients can configure a Secure File Transfer Protocol integration with third-party applications to transfer data into the product. I created a series of knowledge base articles on the data transfer process so that client administrators can set up this integration with little to no assistance from our customer support team. As not all our clients have IT staff, I provide a glossary of key terms and concepts for non-technical administrators.
