Selling a complex software update can be challenging, especially when it concerns compliance solutions. This article markets a new feature to sort a user's regulatory tasks to obtain a specific permit. Before writing this article, I worked with the project team that developed this feature to learn more about the workflow and intended use case.
The focus with this article was to capture users' attention with this specific use case and generate interest in the feature. The article was successful in achieving this goal and ended up generating more than double the views of an average article.
